WE SKI BEFORE WE RECOMMEND

It’s a nice job but at least we do it! We have skied every corner of Austria and the chances are we have skied and visited the resort you are looking at. So we don’t send timid novices to St Anton, those on budgets to Ischgl or après skiers to Axamer Lizum.

Dated pictures of straight skis or extreme powder shots - the chances are that the images from the tourist boards won’t reflect what you experience. You can see our experiences through our lenses.

SUITABLE BEATS AVAILABLE

Go skiing there

We carry no hotel inventory, don't own hotels, ski hire or even a sausage stand. For us it is go there rather than come here. We don't have to shift beds or sell skis. Whilst conditions and experiences differ, we think it better we suggest resorts on the basis of suitability not availability. A ski 'deal' isn't if it terrifies the skier, gives parents ski bus horrors or leaves après skiers in empty bars.

NOT EVERYONE IS A SETH

Not everyone comes down the mountain like Seth Morrison. Our staff are made up of Austrian certified ski teachers right through to those who sun themselves on powder days. The best skiers in our opinion are those who enjoy it the most - no matter the route they came down - including those downloading by gondola! Skiing is a confidence sport and isn't cheap so getting the right resort is key.
