With an excellent location close to Klagenfurt, Nassfeld offers extensive skiing in an area that is somewhat undiscovered outside of Austria.
With over 110km of ski pistes and boasting a sun record that eclipses the Northern Alps by over 100 hours per winter, Nassfeld offers a great deal to the visiting skier. Additionally Nassfeld is ideally located for the low cost flights into Klagenfurt. Transfers to Nassfeld from numerous regional airports are easy to come by with transfers from Salzburg, (thomsonfly, flybe, BA etc), Graz (Ryanair), Ljubljana (easyjet) and Trieste (Ryanair). The majority of the skiing in Nassfeld favours the beginner or intermediate skier or boarder. At night Nassfeld offers the longest flood-lit night ski piste in Europe.
