Going is located at the far end of the Ski Welt ski area, neighbouring Ellmau in the north East of the ski area. Going offers direct access to the vast Ski Welt ski area from an attractive village.
Due to its location at the far end of the Ski Welt, Going has great access to the neighbouring ski area of Schneewinkel including the ski resorts of St Johann and Kirchdorf in Tirol.
Resort life in Going is relaxed whilst more action can be found in Soll just along the valley and a great place to stop of for après ski. Much of the skiing just above Going is suited to the beginner or intermediate whilst more advanced skiing can be found at the other end of the Ski Welt, on and around the Hohe Salve peak.
