Seefeld lies just above Innsbruck on a sunny plateau and is ideal for family ski holidays.
The ski holiday resort of Seefeld offers a good snow record, an attractive pedestrianised centre and a variety of local ski hills and resort attractions for family and relaxing ski holidays.
A number of separate resorts and ski hills make up the Seefeld Olympia ski region, located on a plateau at around 1200m. Seefeld has excellent connections to both Innsbruck and Munich and whilst Seefeld is principally a ski resort, there are numerous attractions within Seefeld for the non-skier as well as in summer. The skiing in Seefeld tends to favour the beginner or intermediate with little to test the best skiers or boarders, but that is not the reason for a ski holiday in Seefeld. Seefeld offers a refined resort feel with ample skiing and numerous other attractions. Cross country skiing is a hugely popular pursuit in the area and the region hosts some of the most extensive cross country skiing in the region.
