		<description>I think that they will have considered the tunnel to route a train or gondola through although I would imagine the cost would be prohibitive. The did this at the Pitztal Glacier but there was no other obvious way to get into the ski bowl there that would survive the hostile weather. For this ski lift link then I think it is over the top or nothing - the views really would be superb right over the Stubai Glacier and into Italy. Fingers crossed!</description>

		<description>I expect a huge amount of interest in this project ..the views over the top of the mountains dropping into Schlick would be great. I wonder if a tunnel to rival the Swiss mega tunnels would allow for motorcar access to the 'other side .On second thoughts I have to rate the tram into Schlick via the valley floor a a true delight ,specialy after some fine spring skiing.
I once had the pleasure of doing this and at that time i had absolutely no worries on the hoizon.
