Great conditions with deep powder snow and clear skies in Innsbruck, 22nd Jan 09

After several days of snow here in Innsbruck, today saw what will be a brief lull in the wintry weather with clear skies and clod lingering in the valleys beneath around 1500m. Te powder skiing in Axamer Lizum, Innsbruck was excellent with perfect visibility and some very deep banks of snow, particularly in the trees. Snow is set to return tomorrow and for the coming week so whilst the chances to tan might be limited then the powder skiing should be fantastic in the coming days.
