Ski-in, ski-out on the glacier - pretty rare and special

For some snow sure and ski-in, ski-out skiing are a must. Well located at the mid-station of the Stubai Glacier is the Dresdner Hutte. Located at 2308m on the red 3 ski piste of the Stubai Glacier and with 3 ski lifts located directly below it, it has an almost unbeatable snow record as well as ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes. I say all this having stayed there a few years ago and a few days ago sat and feasted there - great food and superb views. The ski lifts are currently opening at 08:00 so getting on the lifts at that time offers almost deserted corduroy skiing to over 3200m.
