Snow down to 800m in Tirol, Austria

For those wanting an autumn sun tan then tomorrow is likely to be the best option here in the Tirol. The weather is set to be cool and clear, a big change from today where we have snow down to 800m on the northern edge of Innsbruck. The snow forecast is for prolonged snow fall on Sunday after the break in the weather on Saturday, whilst snow is set to continue into the middle of next week. The weather channel on the TV makes some great viewing currently, right across the Austrian Alps from the East to the Swiss border the mountains are looking in great shape. If I had a tip then it would be any of the Tirolean glaciers tomorrow, there will be plenty of powder and the weather is set to be sunny and cold.
