Ask a Hintertuxer and they would say that winter never actually ends – they having the luxury of 365 day skiing. But elsewhere winter is very much upon us now with the Rettenbach Glacier above Soelden about to open for action this weekend. The glacier will be hosting the inaugural event on the FIS race calendar late October and we are hoping to be there.
