I am in the resort for the weekend for their ‘stars unlimited’ concert which features Bonnie Tyler, DJ Otzi and David Hasselhoff who headlined last night. Der Hoff was caught in the UK flight chaos and the good people at Saalbach-Hinterglemm tourism chartered a jet for the Hoff. Out of the freezer, into the deep freeze for Hoff, it was mighty cold over here but that is all good for the new snow that is deep, crisp and providing perfect powder skiing conditions for the lucky visitors (myself included:) ) Just about to watch DJ Otzi – Saalbach-Hinterglemm certainly knows how to party and throw parties!!!
Looking forward to seeing DJ Otzi but he will have to be pretty special to come close to the Hoff – one of the great entertainers, not taking himself too seriously and the general feeling here behind the scenes was that he a was a top guy, sitting with his fans after the concert. Haven’t checked yet but hopefully KIT is off the stage for DJ Otzi, they will probably replace it with a tractor for the man from Otz :)
