The skiing and snowboarding in Seefeld takes place across a number of different ski hills, the main one being the Rosshutte that is located on the edge of Seefeld and features a mountain railway as well as cable car that spans the two separate hills that make up the ski area. The skiing in Seefeld is ideal for beginners, lower intermediates and families. The skiing and snowboarding especially for family ski holidays is ideal with gentle ski pistes and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a beginners training area close to the centre of Seefeld whilst the Seefeld region is hugely popular with cross-country skiers. Innsbruck is linked by direct train down in the valley offering guests to Seefeld further amenities in addition to those on offer in Seefeld. These Seefeld facilities include a casino, leisure complex, shopping in addition to the several ski areas.
