SOLL SKI RESORT

The ski holiday resort of Soll is located in a wide valley in the Ski Welt ski region, one of the most popular ski areas in Austria. Soll is a traditional Austrian valley village and is well geared up to visiting skiers and snowboarders with plenty of resort facilities both in the resort and in individual resort accommodation. Transport links in and out of Soll are plentiful and Soll is one of the easiest resorts to get to from Munich airport.

SOLL SKI RESORT - FACILITIES & NIGHTLIFE

As is common of the Austrian mountain villages, the centre of Soll is found around the church. From here the ski holiday resort of Soll spreads widely across the valley making Soll a large and spacious ski resort, one of the larger ski resorts in the Ski Welt ski region. Soll is low-rise and traditional and much of the village is given over to tourism. The main road that runs through the valley and connects the ski holiday resorts of the Ski Welt by-passes Soll so the traffic within Soll is almost all local traffic. There is an attractive central street through Soll that hosts the Christmas markets prior to Christmas and is the focal point of most of the activity in Soll. Après ski and nightlife are popular in Soll and are concentrated in the central area of Soll. Away from the main centre of Soll, the resort is very relaxed and peaceful. Soll is popular year round and whilst tourism is a big part of life in Soll the village / resort has a permanence about it in terms of the facilities and those who live there year-round. The skiing in Soll takes place on the opposite side of the valley road and a ski piste runs right back to the centre of Soll.
