Ski resorts don’t come prettier, snowier or more stylish than Lech.
Lech am Arlberg is located in the Arlberg ski region, widely regarded as one of, if not the best ski region in the whole of the Alps. Nestled between Warth (the snowiest ski area in the Alps) and Zürs (the 2nd snowiest) and lift linked to both areas, Lech enjoys incredible snow throughout the winter.
The resort of Lech am Arlberg is the destination of choice for European Royals. Rigorously protected against over-development, Lech maintains a charm that few others have managed to retain. The look and feel of the place exudes quality with fine hotels, excellent dining and serious style throughout.

Lech am Arlberg is an intermediate skier’s dream, sitting in the middle of the Arlberg ski region made up of St Anton, St Christoph, Stuben, Zürs, Lech and Warth. Intermediates can make the famed ‘White Ring’ ski circuit through Zürs and Zug and back to Lech, whilst the terrain throughout Lech-Zürs is generally ideal for intermediates. The most challenging section of the ‘White Ring’ is the ski route from Zürs into Zug which can range from very challenging to a breeze depending on conditions.
Off-piste and steep skiing is on hand via the new lift connection to St Anton and Stuben, with both areas offering some of the best tough terrain in the Alps. Lech-Zürs is the only ski area in Austria where heli-skiing is permitted and guided heli-skiing to the local peaks run throughout winter.
Heli-skiing is the pinnacle of mountain sport and Lech-Zürs is the only Austrian destination where heli-ski operations exist.

Ride the world famous White Ring ski circuit between Lech, Zug and Zürs am Arlberg.
In a region of jaw-dropping peaks and to-die-for chalets, Lech am Arlberg stands apart from almost all others in terms of charm. A centuries-old church standing high above the hotel roof-tops and the determined constraints on development have conjured up a resort with few equals. Added to that is a seriously upmarket clientele and the regular patronage of European Royalty and when all combined you have the near perfect example of Alpine village.
The river which cuts through Lech is a wonderful focal point and offers a spacious walking promenade whilst heading out toward Zug, the winter walking trails offer a wonderfully serene escape. The main street has shops, some bars and several hotel restaurants.
LECH APRÈS SKI
Lech après ski is all about quality. Austria is famed for its après ski but in Lech après ski tends to be a bit more refined with fine food, drink and service. Oberlech offers numerous slope side hotel terraces and deck chair areas with table service and top range food and drinks on offer. The setting is superb with ski pistes running next to the terraces and the views across the valley above Lech quite exceptional.
Down in the resort of Lech there are a number of outdoor bars in the hotels and there is often a great atmosphere, jovial in nature rather than raucous. At night Oberlech and Lech are connected by cable car that runs till after midnight allowing guests of either location the chance to visit the other for food or drink.
LECH MEETINGS & SEMINARS
For those planning a meeting or seminar component for their event, there are several venues to meet in. On-mountain it is possible to hire rooms in the ski area as well as Oberlech, whilst a side valley has the wonderful resort of Zug with a number of locations in the vicinity.
As well as the meeting spaces on offer in Lech am Arlberg, there are some sensational dining opportunities, with exquisite food, impressive wine cellars and marvellous decor. The quality that runs throughout Lech is impossible to overlook and adds a unique feel to everything that happens in the resort.
A massive thank you for all your amazing help with this trip. The guys had a fantastic time and were absolutely blown away by MATS - James raved about it! It sounds like they had a fab time and have come back exhausted but luckily all in one piece.
Thanks again for everything, it all went flawlessly and it was such a relief to know they were in good hands while I was out.
